John Rintoul
John Rintoul has 18 years telecoms, project management, e-business, broadband and software experience gained in the public and private sectors.
He managed the Programme for Innovative Uses of Broadband on behalf of Scottish Enterpris's e-business group. This incorporated 9 mobile and wireless projects, including raising awareness of the business benefits of Broadband to the Scottish SME community.
