Case Study
In 2008 we conducted the Final Evaluation of the Strategic Change Fund (SCF) for Museums Galleries Scotland. This Final Evaluation collated the findings from the thirteen SCF projects to provide an assessment of the impact of the SCF across the sector, and considered to what extent the SCF has been successful in the degree of strategic change and strategic development achieved. The report assessed the changes to the Collections / Resources / Services themselves, as well as examining the impacts on Access and Audiences, the impacts on the Partnerships involved, and any longer term change to organisational capacity.
