ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT

Organisation development is a focus in much of the work that Giraffe Consulting conducts. We work with both public and private sector clients on issues such as organisational strategy development, re-structuring, developing strategic capability, organisational change, leadership and project management.

In the public sector, we work with clients to improve their performance, the efficiency of their operations and their service to customers by encouraging collaborative working, helping directors and senior managers to change the organisation's culture, improving internal and external communications and breaking down artificial internal organisational barriers.

In the private sector, we help companies to manage rapid growth, respond to market changes and adapt their organisations to new challenges.
